I would really love to see something added to the gameplay that makes use of the Wiimote, ala Mario Galaxy's gameplay paradigm of a traditional 3d platformer with the remote used for extra stuff!
Co-op would also be rad if you could make it work with the game's concept.
co-op, vs and 4 player party mode will all be in. But i dont want to use any wii remote waggeling... if we use the wii remotes functions it would be the pointer for map making if we end up supporting that.
I own a Wii and i would prefer to play it on the Wii. Also if i get that there's a thing on the Nintendo Channel where you review a game that you own ( you have to play it an hour to review) so i bet the reviews for that will be good.
More people have a computer so I would have to say the majority of users would probably prefer to play it on the computer.. but less likely to buy it.
